How do I book equipment?

Booking is easy — we use a real time booking system showing 24/7 live availability. Just choose your kit, select your start and end dates, and check out. Your trial includes free next day delivery and return.

How do the loan dates work?

You’ll get 48 hours free with selected Canon products — or you can choose a longer paid trial up to 7 days. Your equipment will be delivered (or ready to collect from a dealer) the day before your trial start date and will be collected (or you need to drop back to a dealer) the day after your trial finishes.

What does the equipment come with?

Each camera comes with everything you need to get started — including batteries, memory cards, chargers, cables and a return label. The product page lists full contents if you are unsure. Please bear in mind that lenses are not included unless stated on the inventory.

When do I pay my deposit?

If your loan starts within 7 days, you’ll pay the deposit when you book. If it starts later, we’ll send a reminder 7 days before dispatch — just log in and pay to confirm your booking.

HOME DELIVERY

We offer fast, reliable home delivery across mainland UK. Choose your loan start date at checkout, and we’ll deliver your equipment the working day before — with pre-12pm delivery as standard. Your 48-hour free trial begins the next day! Once your test is complete, returning it is easy: either hand it to the courier from your home address, drop it off at a local courier depot, or use one of our participating photo dealers. Returns are fully tracked and labelled.

COLLECT FROM A PHOTO DEALER

Prefer to pick up in person? You can collect and return your trial equipment from one of over 25 independent photo and video retailers across the UK. Simply choose your preferred Canon dealer at checkout, and we’ll deliver the gear to the store ready for your loan start date. You can collect it the afternoon before your 48-hour trial begins, and you’ll return it to the same location at the end of your test (in fact, the morning after!). It’s a great way to combine hands-on testing with local advice from experienced specialists.
